God gave us a promise that one day the entire earth will be filled with the knowledge of His glory! And here’s the amazing part, GOD CHOSE US – His Church, to be the ones to carry out His Will! God commissioned us to go into all the world and spread His gospel to every nation, tribe, and tongue.

That’s why our H4 theme this year is called “So All May Know.” Through our H4 giving, we will equip and resource the global church, so people all over the world will know Jesus and be filled with the knowledge of God’s glory.

Our church

Our H4 giving this year will send out Cottonwood HOPE Teams every month.

HOPE Teams are passionate Cottonwood members who partner with community organizations, to help the hurting and lost in our region. HOPE Teams provide mental health services, meals for unhoused individuals, mentoring for children in foster care systems, and care for the elderly and sick. Cottonwood HOPE Teams disciple inmates and go out to cover our neighborhoods in prayer.

Our giving fulfills the words of Jesus in Matthew 25:35-36: “I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.”

Through our H4 giving, we will bring a living Jesus to a dying world, right in our own backyard.

GLOBAL REGIONS

Nepal is one of the least developed, poorest countries in the world.

Frequent political unrest and natural disasters have led to poverty and scarcity of food. Many within Nepal’s population are suffering, especially women and children.

Through our partnership with Convoy of Hope, we will pay for an agricultural program providing seed, supplies, farm animals, training, and oversight so families can have a self-sustaining food supply. This provision enables dads to stay home and not have to travel abroad as migrant workers, leaving the family unprotected.

Along with the material resources, our H4 offering will fund Cottonwood’s TV ministry in Nepal and throughout Asia, providing spiritual life to people.

God's kingdom

God’s Kingdom

Over the last 40 years, God has given Cottonwood significant influence with pastors and churches around the globe.

God has called Cottonwood to be a church that helps and equips other churches.

Through our H4 giving, Cottonwood will intensify its efforts to inspire, teach, and resource pastors across the US and globally. This includes providing training to 1,000 pastors in Cuba, mentoring young pastors throughout the US, being the sending church and spiritual covering for numerous pastors both in the States & abroad, and holding annual training gatherings where Cottonwood will pour into these pastors. These are challenging times and Cottonwood is privileged to come alongside of these pastors.

Through our H4 giving, we will help bring these churches a sense of community and hope. Together, we will equip and inspire churches around the world to bring a living Jesus to a dying world!
